1. Services Offered

Realad Guru provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Content Marketing

• Branding & Online Promotion

Service scope, timelines, and pricing will be defined separately through proposals or agreements.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Share required content, access, and approvals on time

• Ensure that provided materials do not violate any laws or third-party rights

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice

• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing

• Delays in payment may result in service suspension

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, strategies, designs, and creatives developed by Realad Guru remain our intellectual property until full payment is received

• Clients may not resell, reproduce, or distribute our work without written consent

5. Performance Disclaimer

Realad Guru does not guarantee specific results such as rankings, leads, sales, or revenue, as digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Realad Guru shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses

• Business loss due to algorithm changes, platform policies, or third-party service interruptions

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services:

• If terms are violated

• In case of misuse or unethical practices

• Upon non-payment of dues

Clients may also request service termination with prior written notice.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared business information, strategies, and data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
